Customer service here is a joke, I spend $100,000’s here and deserve to not deal with a snarky inflated ego at your front desk. Front desk guy on 10/29 needs an attitude adjustment. I usually shop at QXO, And this experience really solidified that.

Before even asking for a part number or PO, guy at the front desk said “I can’t help you go to commerce city”. After being berated for two minutes, I asked for his name and told him I will deal with this matter at a different location. They always have the shingles I need. They have great customer service. Also, they know what they are talking about when it comes to roofing.
This place is very hard to maneuver in there is no turnout you have to back up the way you came in. Coming in the parking lot was challenging with all the traffic behind you making it a very dangerous right turn.
