We ordered approximately $5300 of Delta Metals steel panels and trim through American Roofing Supply for use on our interior walls and ceiling in our house. When the order arrived, the vast majority of the panels had damage, and the damage was obviously caused by the manufacturing process and not due to shipping. This was apparent because the dents were all approximately the same distance from a cut end and stacked so that shipping damage could not possibly have caused it. Made a delivery here. Broker told me I had a window until 4 pm. Ended up being hit by someone on 70 and wasn’t able to make it until 3:30 pm. The guys here still took me in and unloaded me really quick. Super friendly employees working here. Wish all my deliveries were like this!!
