I contacted American Roofing Solutions to inspect the roof and attic of a house that I own and am selling. A buyer’s inspector discovered some issues that I was not aware of. Ricky came out the day after I called him. He was informative and thorough. His inspection fee gave me a written thorough description of the issues as well as a an estimate and options to consider. I had the distinct pleasure of working with these guys to replace a lentil in my dad's house and they did a beautiful job with the repair! Rick was nice and courteous and he communicated with my sister and I every step of the project.
