Jonathan and his team are the best in the business. He helped me successfully overturn my insurance company’s decision to only cover repairs, and thanks to his hard work and expertise, I’ll now be getting a full roof replacement. Thank you so much for everything!
We are very happy with our new roof and the entire experience of replacing the old roof with American Roofing - Charleston. Jonathan D. made the whole process easy from identifying the problems, dealing with the insurance, and being "on site" during the installation of the roof. His crew was terrific because they took the time to get all the details right with the installation, but especially after the completion, with the clean up. Wow!
From the initial inspection to the actual work being done on my roof, the whole process was seamless. Friendly service, immaculate work. Definitely recommend.
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They take advantage of their staff and end up not paying them in the long run. I wouldn't want to buy a roof from a company that doesn't take care of their staff. Andrew Brown is the worst.
