None of what they did lasted more than a year. I had them back three more times and now, five years later, my entire roof has rotted out, I have damage to my ceilings indoors, and I need to replace the entire roof from scratch.
Josh Abar from American Roof Preservers did our roof maintance and sealing. He worked for 3 days and got years of moss removed, and sealed / stained the entire roof. The roof looks brand new, and all the gutters were cleaned. They cleaned around the house after the work was done. I'm very impressed with the quality of the work, and level of professionalism. WIll definitely use ARP in the future.
Super crooked. Customers dont really know whats going on up there. They force employees to cut corners just to get jobs done. Jeff also got turned in for making his workers work 60 hours a week and not paying overtime. BEWARE!!

Satisfied customer! We hired American Roof Preservers to replace some shakes on our cedar shake roof and were very pleased with the service we received. John always responded immediately to my emails in a market where a lot of companies won't even call you back. When he reviewed the job, he saw many other issues that other roofers ignored. They were able to start the work quickly and finished much sooner than their original timeline. Overall, we were pleased with the work.
I live out of the country temporarily, and American Washing worked with me through emails and incoming calls from me. They allowed the pressure washing to take place when nobody could meet them. They took before and after pictures for me, and even took a picture of the HOA note saying that I needed to have my home pressure washed immediately. They emailed me all 15 photos and were able to take a credit card over the phone for payment. I am so happy with American Washing's customer service!
