Thanks to American Rivers' dam removal efforts, California is drier than it needs to be, and there is no water for fish. Dams can HELP fish by reserving water in wet years for a scientific management of flows in dry years with the reserved water to help the fish. Please re think your policies American Rivers. And do not breach the snake river dams. We value our fish, and the help the dams are providing them during this drought. We have fish, California does not.
