This facility is within residential communities. It’s a Saturday morning at 3:30am and there apparently isn't anyone to receive/ load a commercial truck who has been honking this entire time for the last 30 minutes for a staff member to come out. Happy Saturday morning to us, the surrounding neighborhoods. This is unprofessional and should have been managed better.
Senior management is awful, very out of touch with the facilites and lack of sales has employees looking elsewhere for work. This was a good company before Golden West took over.
