Worst home owners insurance I have ever had. That saying you get what you pay for sure holds true. Yes, they have reasonable rates. BUT! Horrible customer service to basically no customer service. They do not care about the home owner. They do not wanna pay when you have a claim. They drag their feet and pay you the absolute least they can get away with. They also like to cancel you on a whim. So do yourself a favor and stay away from this bunch
If I could score them without giving any stars I would. By far the worst customer service during the Winter Storm. The adjusters could care less about your damages and the goal is to keep our money in their pocket. I have yet to speak with anyone or here anything about the status of my claim. Two outstanding claims submitted and still waiting for damage assessment. I'm tired of hearing that they're overworked, working weekends...Im not seeing any results..they are absolutely worthless, how do they stay in business, renewal is coming up and I'm already shopping around...please be wise, this is not an insurance company for you...I rate them a minus -10...check YELP....
ARI is worst insurance we ever used. I am a landlord with 5 properties and we have experienced many insurances but this one is by far the worst!!! Do not get even close! They do not comply with the contract and they just don't pay for they supposed to pay like the fence paint after a hail storm or hail damage to the gutters (they just paid a minimal percentage calling it a cosmetic detail). Please stay away of this company.
I normally do not write reviews, but I must write one about this no good insurance company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY...read that again. This company is worthless and the employees are just the same. The positive reviews about American Risk Insurance have to have been written by some of the employees because there's no way possible anyone can say anything positive. If I could give no stars, this company would get zero stars.
