From the tenant's standpoint, this is a horrible company. When a problem occurs, they are impossible to reach. All you get is a call from someone who does not solve the problem or give you a straight answer. Attempts to get somebody who is involved with the retrofit are not productive. I have been in business for over 40 years and every now and again, one comes across a company that stands out among the crowd. American Retrofitters fits that category.
