I hired American restoration services to replace my chimney cap. Old cap taken off, new put on. The mason just skim coated over the old. Not what I paid $500 bucks for. Two and a half years later cracks appeared on all four sides. I emailed Russell Case- owner repeatedly. He ignored all my requests to honor his warranty ( which I made him give me, and I had to hound him for). Took him to court. Judge ruled in my favor. Now he won’t pay me what the judge told him to. This is an awesome company to do business with! Russ is extremely professional and honest! He and his crew did a fabulous job and treated our home as if they were working on their own homes. The crew that did work at our house replaced the beam above the garage opening, repaired mortar to match existing mortar wherever necessary, replaced some brick with matching brick, and cleaned the brick on the house.
