I called them for help after my bathroom flooded, and they responded quickly. They took great care of my home, removed all the water, and ensured everything was dried completely. Their team was professional and courteous throughout.
If I could give less than one star I would. I would also recommend staying away from this business. I have been in communication with them for over 6 months. Nela is not responsive, just ignores texts, emails, phone calls etc. All I ask for is an update or next steps and I get no response. I am shocked and appalled by the blatant ignoring of communication. I am begging to give them money to fix my house and they just ignore?
