This is a purely factual account of our refi experience with NAF loan officer Bob Harmon (NMLS# 81307) and loan processor Ana Tanael. We were about to leave NAF to refi our loan with another lender, but we stupidly told Bob the rate and he then took a day to come back with the lie and false promise of, I'll beat that rate by a tenth of a point.
