They kept in touch the whole way through. We only had one days notice when they were going to show up but that worked out fine. We had 4 windows installed and they were done so fast my wife barely had time to drive home to talk to them. They had them installed in 30 minutes and they look great. They were exactly like they were described to us on day 1 of the sales pitch. I guess we will see this winter if they really save on the gas bill
Not ****** impressed with the process. Initially we were told we could schedule the installation date but turned into a phone call saying they would be installing the windows the following day. Window quality is fine but the ******* for a one day installation was noticed. Plenty of absent caulking on the interior and every window had shipping and hand marks all over the exterior which turned into getting the ladders and caulking gun out right away. I think for 15k$+ you could expect more.
The process was easy, communication was very open. Financing is reasonable.
The installer of the windows was fast and efficient. The financing is fair, too. There is no charge if paid in full within 18 months, which is quite doable. I will share this with friends looking for new windows.**********
