Ryan took the time to walk us through the entire roofing system and warranty details. He explained how the shingles handle weather exposure and what the installation timeline would look like. Really appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the product quality and how everything gets installed. Made us feel confident about moving forward with the project.

Bald Matt showed up on time (5 minutes early) and spent 3 hours and 45 minutes with us. He was very thorough, knowledgeable (has a construction background and 5 years experience with American Remodeling) and answered all of our questions. He even gave us his personal email should we have any follow up questions or concerns. He went into an in depth explanation of the shower/tub replacement process. Salespeople are the worst, unless you’re “bald” Matt. Not to be confused with the other Matt. He presented well, answered all questions and was very personable. We appreciated that he wasn’t pushy, he was definitely straightforward. We already loved the product. But after his presentation, we did sign a contract. And tomorrow he’s coming back to give us an estimate on our kitchen and bathroom.

We met with Bald Matt to get an estimate to epoxy our back patio. We were impressed by how he interacted with us. It just wasn’t about making the sale and leaving but getting to know us and listening to what we wanted. He made us very comfortable and answered all our questions with ease.
