Extremely LONG wait , over 2 hours+ , no sense of concern, waiting just to be attend to for maybe 10 minutes or even less
I’ve been going to this clinic for 5 years. At first everything was great. The doctors & nurses are always great. But I haven’t been able to see anyone for almost a year because I can’t wait in the waiting room for 2+ hours just for a 10 minute appointment. No regard for the appointment time scheduled, no sense of urgency or consideration. The receptionists I’ve spoken with recently are EXTREMELY rude & do not seem care about patients at all. I write this As I sit here waiting for an HOUR past our apt time…. Dr Cobb and Dr Coleman are incredible but their wait times are ridiculous…. Get this scheduling issue or we will be forced to find a new provider :/ it’s been 4 years….
I hate to change medical providers but I'm so over this facility. The wait times are ridiculously long. No entertainment, clustered waiting room. Every visit I have had over the years has been a scheduled appt and the doctor has never conducted the visit with in the hour of the appt. Ex. Arriving for 3:00pm appt finally getting to a room at 5:06 and still have to wait an extra 20 minutes for a prescription refill. Doors says office closes at 5.
