Very unpleasant experience. Drove 45 mins to get there for a 6:00 pm appointment. Felt like they were in a hurry to get out of there. I wanted to donate double red blood cells and was told that I should have come in earlier. After about 5 minutes of giving blood, the needle fell out and blood was running out. I was told, "you're done." I suggested that they try my other arm and was told no. Will not be going back! Waste of time!
I gave an apheresis donation and they were very helpful & professional.
I get to give part of me away...I love it!
