I have to write a review to shout out the incredible staff and volunteers who made donating blood for the first time at this location an uplifting experience. Kayla did my intake and was so thorough with explaining everything to me and letting me know what to expect. Another nurse, her last name was Lynch, was so sweet and went the extra mile to help me feel more comfortable when I started to feel hot. The volunteer (I wish I got her name) was a total pro.
