They've always been super nice. I've donated both Blood and Platelets there. They try to make the uncomfortable experience of donating easier by providing snacks and if you donate Platelets they let you watch a movie, which is super nice in my opinion. Donating platelets makes you kind of cold and they had a blanket warmer and covered me up with a blanket. Overall, for being what it was, it was a pretty good experience.
