Denied donation.
Disappointing experience here. I've donated whole blood and platelets in many places, in many states, over decades. Here the phlebotomist treated me like livestock -- no human connection, talking across me like I'm not there. Needs intervention.
Very friendly greeters, and nurses to get you admitted, hooked up and donating ASAP.
