Super rude unpleasant staff. My daughter went in to donate blood and staff was so rude she ended up leaving in tears. How does a non profit that constantly begs for support survive when they treat people so badly?
I have been coming here consistently for around 2 months doing platelet donations and this place is amazing. The staff is super kind and is always checking up on you during the long 2-3 hour donation. (Platelets take a lot longer to collect)

I donate platelets here every 2 weeks and the staff are always so supportive and caring
The staff are friendly, the building and equipment clean, and everything runs quickly and smoothly. I've been donating for years with this team and live how much they genuinely care and work to create a wonderful donation experience.
