This location is my least favorite Blood Donor location. I always feel like I am not wanted or needed here. The large woman here is very abrupt and rude. The donations are ALWAYS running behind and there is always a wait. They cannot do their job well here. I won't be coming back here. I highly suggest going to a different location.

I love everyone at the American Red Cross. These are the best people in CNY. We are hosting 3 blood drives in December for the Red Cross on 12/17, 12/24, and 12/30 at the Dewitt Community Church and Northeast Medical on Christmas Eve. The code for our drive is DEWITTCC and NEMED. I encourage everyone to download the Red Cross blood app, call 1-800 RED CROSS, or visit REDCROSSBLOOD.org. Thank god for everyone at the Red Cross.
