Update on the new location: WOW! The new location is beautiful all the same great staff just a bit down 151 towards Sun Prairie near the American Family Campus and UW Hospital on the east side. Always enjoy donating blood here. Friendly staff and easy check in with the app and rapid pass makes everything go faster. Always clean. A variety of hours and some later hours a few days a week.
I drove around for 20 minutes looking for the new building. My GPS told me to go to a wooded lot. I stopped and asked four different businesses and a woman on the street - nobody even knows you are there! I called the 800 number and spoke to them. They couldn't help me either. Wasted 20 minutes and a gallon of gas looking for the building. I finally gave up and went home. :(
