Volunteers and staff here are super friendly! I used to regularly donate blood at a different facility, but stopped bc the last time I donated, the nurse stuck me so many times, it really messed up my arm. I decided to start donating again, but still have a lot of angst about it. The nurse here, I believe her name is Jackie, did a really good job helping me relax during the process. Ever since finding the Watson Road donation center, I haven't gone anywhere else for platelet donations. Staff are always great -- professional, talented, and compassionate. Love these folks!
