I got in right away. I never had to wait between stations.
I just donated blood for the first time today! Everyone there was incredibly sweet and took care of me. Chelsea did the whole process with me and I really appreciated how much she took care of me and talked with me. Other technicians also helped me when necessary, and the lady at the front desk was super excited to see a new donor and came to talk to me on two separate occasions. Everyone made me feel very relaxed and welcome, despite my nervousness. I'll be coming back to this location next time I donate!
Ive been coming here for years and it’s always been a 10/10 service. Today they really went above and beyond. Takia was my phlebotomist today and she went so above and beyond. I told her I was having an off week and during my 2 hour platelet donation, she kept bringing me snack, drinks etc. to go a step further since both of my hands were needled for the donation, she opened every bag and put the snacks into napkins on a side table so that it was easy for me to snack on.
