The Red Cross Volunteer Suzan Powell is extremely RUDE and she needs an attitude adjustment. I came in at 8:30am after an overnight shift to donate blood and she was irritated that I asked for a time update as they got behind & she got snippy ***twice*** simply because I came back to the desk asking how much longer after I was waiting 43 minutes longer than the time they had given me.
