I have been to this location many many times, and everyone is always very kind and professional. They take good care of the donors. I always have a good experience here.
i found my visit to this red cross to be very good. I did not have to wait long and the employees were very polite. They were able to find my vein on the first try both times i visited. There are also free pop and juice to drink once you had finished giving blood. After i was finished there were even free oreo and other treats. All in all I would say that this is one of the best Red Crosses in the area.
The people that draw blood there were not good. The one person had to reposition the needle in my arm 4 times! before they got it right and then it layed on my arm on the wall of the vein so it dried out and they werent even able to use my blood. They bruise you so bad there.
