I gave blood nov 11 2024 for the ARC at a registered site...not only did not recieve the $10 gift card they're trying to buy donors with... ( however was certainly not why I gave blood my reason was to honor veterans by donating on veterans day) nevertheless did not recieve a card i also now have an injury to my radial nerve from the venipuncture performed that evening.... yes this is all documented...i have however recieved a lot of "im Sorry calls" and recording my calls to see if I'd change my story about my experience du... read more

Good people, but incompetent management. I'd suggest going to The Blood Connection. They have much better gift cards, AND your blood will still help those in need. Hopefully, things will change in a few years, and they'll get rid of the horrible leadership in South Carolina. In the meantime, donate to charities whose leadership reflect their compassion and caring, not those who make their charity look heartless and brainless.
