Trying to donate plasma or platelets without apoitment they said they are full then I said then can we do whole blood still a NO since I have no apartment so I went to santa ana office from mission viejo and still could not give any kind of blood so I end up at saddlebag memorial and they gladly took my blood...

私は、今回のアメリカで、どうしてもやりたかったことの一つ、献血です。私は、旅行者という事なので、事前に日本の赤十字にも問合せをしたり、アメリカの赤十字にも問合せをして、問診後のヘモグロビン値がクリアしていれば献血できるといわれたので、無事数値もクリアして献血してきました。待合室と献血している場所の仕切はなかったですが、清潔にされてるようだったので、全く気にならなかったです。受付の男性スタッフは若い子でちょっと英語ができない私に戸惑っていましたが、何とか対応してくれました。問診から献血するまで女性の看護師が対応してくれましたが、契約の通訳がいるのか、電話を介して通訳してもらいながら問診もやってくれました。逆に手間をかけてしまいましたが、気持ちよく対応してくれたので、もし次来るときも、また別の献血センターでもやってみようと思いました。ドナーカードも作ってもらったもで。記念にＴシャツもいただきました。ありがとうございました。

Getting an appointment was simple enough but the phlebotomist couldn't be bothered to do her job. Fishing around in my arm for a vein with a 16 gauge needle. Finally finds it after I'm yelling in pain low and behold 10 minutes in they have to fish around my arm some more because the first phlebotomist couldn't be bothered to do her job. No thank you. Majority of the phlebotomists were clearly checked out and simply dialing it in. Absolutely will not return. Red Cross you need to do better.
