The staff was excellent for my platelet donation. They explained everything they were doing b4 they did it.
I was in Albany today . When I first walked in the lady at the first desk was friendly and helpful . When I went to register it felt a little odd that the guy registering me needed to check my veins. When I asked if he had the supply’s first he just kinda looked at me with no answer. Then when I asked later why I had someone else starting the IV I was told the other guy hasn’t been trained to do that yet . Maybe if he’s being trained or new he should say that or ask if it’s ok to look because he’s in training . It was just v... read more
