We have five blood centers (Oakland, San Jose, Pleasant Hill, Pleasanton & Newark) and hold blood drives throughout the region.

Set appointment and showed up on time. Twenty minutes later was told people will be back from lunch in 10 minutes. No thanks.
I have personally been able to get to 60 gallons total because of the great service here. From Karen and Tamara the recruiters to Mr. T and the newest supervisor Micah (sp?) with all of the great phlebotomists. Jake -Phil- Hoa- Jessica- Marc - Kwai plus many more. They helped me reach my human potential. ZERO Complaints!
There were more volunteers and I got a tshirt and a ticket to the Alameda County fair.
