Schedule a blood donation with the Marietta Red Cross center. Had the pleasure to work with Latoya through my process of donating blood. From start to finish she made the entire experience pleasant and always made sure I was comfortable. Would highly suggest donating blood at this location, and make sure to ask for Latoya.
This place is full of lazy and rude employees. Refuse walk-ins, disrespect people who THEY ask to come and donate blood. Unprofessional behavior abounds here. Find a different location. These people were so bad I gave up donating with Red Cross all together.
Came to donate blood with an appointment and they turned me away because I was 3 minutes late. I have donated 15 times already and this is the first time that I could not arrive on time. I will never donate again with RedCross after this experience. You don’t realize that you are NOT one of a kind to do this. There are multiple places around the city that will happily help.
Terrible customer service.
The people at this location suck. Turned me away twice on different occasions. I am not donating blood optionally. I have to per my doctor. I told them that twice and that by not donating blood I may have additional medical issues. They don't care. I was late for one appointment and they turned me away. I opened the app and see they have availability in 1 hour so I asked can I come back then and show the availability and they tell me no. I drove 20 miles to a different location and I had no issues.
