I've donated 4 times at this location. Each time I was hoping for a better experience. All of the employees are rude and inattentive. Which can make the process of bloodwork all the more stressful. A little kindness would go a long way, but you won't find it here. I will never donate to Red Cross again and will be going to LifeSouth next time. *Added - went to the new LifeSouth to donate today. The ladies here are so rude
I've donated 4 times at this location. Each time I was hoping for a better experience. All of the employees are rude and inattentive. Which can make the process of bloodwork all the more stressful. A little kindness would go a long way, but you won't find it here. I will never donate to Red Cross again and will be going to LifeSouth next time.
DO NOT GO HERE !!! Please STAY FAR AWAY from this place!! They had some newbie guy trying to take my blood and he was TERRIBLE! When he went to draw my blood he could not find the vein and was jamming the needle in and out and it caused a big bruise on my arm that 10 days later my arm is not only still bruised but I have a big lump that is completely black and blue. I had to go to emergency to get it checked out.
I donated platelets for the first time at this location yesterday. The staff were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable even though I was so nervous. I will definitely be coming back!
