Terrible customer service.
The people at this location suck. Turned me away twice on different occasions. I am not donating blood optionally. I have to per my doctor. I told them that twice and that by not donating blood I may have additional medical issues. They don't care. I was late for one appointment and they turned me away. I opened the app and see they have availability in 1 hour so I asked can I come back then and show the availability and they tell me no. I drove 20 miles to a different location and I had no issues.
This review is the same as many before me. People seem to hate being there and having to deal with anyone. The girl that was responsible for me didn’t check on me at all but sat hidden away I one of the rooms. I am a platelet donor, it takes 2 1/2 hrs while you can’t move your arms at all. I started feeling really bad but had no way of letting her know until it had already been over 2 hrs. My second time there. With exception of the receptionist, they are rude, curt and look at you in a very judgmental way. 2 times I've been there and they are just... Not nice people.
