Extremely dissatisfied with the YMCA. The handled the situation with my child in an unprofessional manner. They will no longer allow my daughter to attend their camps for a few different reasons. Nothing physical. My daughter has Down syndrome and the YMCA does NOT OFFER A SINGLE SERVICE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.

I have had a membership for a few months and I must say I am disappointed so far. My children didn't like the daycare because they were bored. The staff was busy making lists and playing on their phones instead of interacting with the kids. The teen room was missing more than 75% of the things needed to play a complete game of anykind. It was also filthy. I am definitely going to try another locaion before I cancel membership.
