I scheduled a donation 3+ weeks in advance (at their main site, not a mobile blood drive) and they cancelled it two days prior. I get that COVID is making things complicated. What I'm asking is - halt the full-court press of emails and phone calls begging for donations unti you get it together.
RecommendedDonating platelets saves lives. Staff provides very capable support while you are donating.
They work to be the best at what they do and that do a great job doing it.
