This was a military move with the US Army - Germany to NC. The packers were careless, did not pack our items well and ALOT of items were "missing" even stuff taken out of sealed boxes. Submitted our claim and they drag their feet at each and every step. Disregarding the agreement they made with the US Government pertaining to how long they have to respond and to get items inspected and to respond again to counter offers ect. Over 50K worth of damaged and missing items and they want to offer 6K. I have even cc'ed the supervis... read more

There was a gentleman, who was an owner operator via Red Ball, his name was Carneal Addison. If l tell you that man was a God-send. He and his crew moved my family and they arrived on time, packed our home from top to bottom timely, and moved us to our new home across state. I highly recommend Mr. Addison for all your moving needs. Very honest, reliable, and professional. Thank you Red Ball and Mr. Addison for a job well-done! #keepontruckin'
