They won't answer their phone, return calls, or emails. I have to constantly call them to get updates on repo orders, I have to ask them to send me an invoice. I feel like I'm just baby sitting instead of them taking care of their clients. Do you not care?????? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall they can do 10X's better!
They stole my iPad while cleaning out my property. I went to retain my property they found EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER but no iPad. Whoever towed my car also cleaned it out and they have my iPad. The teenagers they have working in the office don’t know anything. They don’t call you back unless you threaten them with authority. They auctioned off my car before arrangements were made. I hope they read this.
