A shady business from Florida kept looking until they found this shady collection business in California and reported me . Every couple of months, they ask for $600+ . When I call the customer service to tell them I don't owe anyone anything, they don't pick up. I honestly feel that I'm stuck and I don't know what to do. I'm an old diabetic person and my health condition is deteriorating because of these scams!!! I really need help!!
Really bad
The frontline/first rep you get on the call is extremely rude. Constantly cuts me off & transferred me before I even finished my sentence. He stated his name is Elijah? Please fire this man.
IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. They notoriously answer the phone and just let it sit there in silence. Very frustrating and lazy.
