Absolutely horrific customer service and attempted upsell. I called and stated that all I wanted to do is pay my bill. 20 minutes later he is still talking about additional charges if I wanted to pay 199.95 to have it removed from my report. I say, again, no.. I just want to pay the 143 dollars that I owe. He keeps talking about my credit score. I am irritated at this point and say.. please stop talking and just let me pay my bill.
