I had a clover go account that had a payments only plan for free. First data merchant services charged me a lot of money fraudulently that broke my contract with them and my bank. My bank also has determined that the charges from First Data merchant services was fraud and ironically they have gotten sued in the past for the same thing. As recently of 2022. Absolutely horrific customer service and attempted upsell. I called and stated that all I wanted to do is pay my bill. 20 minutes later he is still talking about additional charges if I wanted to pay 199.95 to have it removed from my report. I say, again, no.. I just want to pay the 143 dollars that I owe. He keeps talking about my credit score. I am irritated at this point and say.. please stop talking and just let me pay my bill.
