The worst property management company. We are still renting a house that is managed by this company. As soon as we moved in we had issues. The microwave was broken upon move in and it took them like 2-3 moths to fix it. When you are paying 10k for a house, I expect working appliances at the least. It has been impossible to get ahold of anyone but Priscilla. Extremely frustrated by these guys!! They are very unresponsive!! Our home owners got frustrated too and changed their property managers. Even then, we still receive emails and texts daily for late fees being posted to our account! We call the number, email, chat through the portal, crickets all over!! Very frustrating and extremely annoying!! I don’t recommend!!
Priscilla adds such value to American Real PM and her presence and services definitely elevated my experience with the company. Very Disappointing Experience with American Real PM Our experience with American Real PM has been extremely frustrating due to what we believe has been a consistent lack of communication and responsiveness in the South and East Dallas areas. My experience with American Real Pm properties started off great as you become a tenant who’s been renting for 4+ years they tend to not fix things in your home. I’ve made Countless work request through the tenant portal and no request have been fulfilled or even responded to I had to get my own air fixed after months of saying my air was broke now and I have black mode all over my bathroom and I’ve sent pictures.
