My girlfriend and I rent with this company and it has been terrible for the last week. We have been trying to get in any contact with someone from the company because our AC went out and it’s consistently 85-91 degrees in our home. We have tried to reach out everyday for 6 almost 7 days now. The lack of communication is just rude and I don’t want anyone to have to go through this again. Definitely Not a good company to rent with.
This company has left my house with two children 4 and 6 without gas since April 17th 2026. Priscilla Bell has not once called me back during the process of all this. But yet only sent in one msg on our portal saying she would send in a work order that I had all ready put in. I have stage 3 cancer and this by far has been the worst experience ever. I have contacted the attorney general. And will soon be adding fire station today my paper trail is quite long at this point. And still have not been contacted by anyone in regard... read more
The worst property management company. We are still renting a house that is managed by this company. As soon as we moved in we had issues. The microwave was broken upon move in and it took them like 2-3 moths to fix it. When you are paying 10k for a house, I expect working appliances at the least. It has been impossible to get ahold of anyone but Priscilla.
