Do not rent from this lady. She is very rude and persistent about getting the deposit. I was guaranteed a home and asked for broken windows and unfinished repairs on the home to be fixed before signing lease and paying the deposit. She agreed. I drove by the day before we both agreed on signing the lease and noticed no repairs had been made and called her to ask if they were made. She lied and said yes they had been repaired and then informed me that she had rented the house to somebody else. Very unprofessional. The least s... read more
Absolutely worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Rude and pushy, demanding and unprofessional. Really felt like I was scammed. Demanded a 50 $ cash application fee, no reciepts and never let me know if I was approved until I called to ask, then demanded a cash deposit in less than 24 hours. While I was working out the funds with my bank she called and said she was done wasting her time with me. I applied on a Friday and the following Monday she jerked the rental away from me saying other people were in line. I will... read more
