I've worked at the Paragould plant now for 13 years. I've seen em come n go . Yes it's hard work and you work hard but it pays the bills. Now the staff treats you like your family if you have a problem at or off work they are there to support n help you . They actually care . Now don't get me wrong they can be hard on a person but only cause that person doesn't want to go along with the people. But that's few n far between. I am new to Arkansas and Applied to for a welding position. I was interviewed and told to go buy a certain pair of boots, was required to take a drug test, at least an hr or more of paperwork on line at home and an office visit at which time I was told I would start work in a week. Since then my work date has been pushed back 3 times totaling I believe a month or more of canceling my start. Absolutely Ridiculous
