Disappointing – I have a very low opinion of this place. I brought my wife here several times and we were both totally dissatisfied on each occasion. Dirty changing rooms, poor customer service (they're rude, they won't hesitate to change your appointment if someone wants to leave early, and they actually had the nerve to close early one day without telling us), and worst of all, their diagnostic procedure was hurried and didn't appear thorough (this was a procedure we've had done elsewhere so I'm talking from experience). I... read more

privacy concern – The staff was generally pleasant and the facilities seemed all right. I was concerned about privacy: the main reception area is very open; I found it to be a difficult area for relaying my private concerns. Also, in the waiting area closest to the exam rooms, I could hear talk about patients! Very disappointing that more courtesy wasn't shown to the patients through professionalism. It would be nice if a place were set aside for women to put their belongings during the exam. The mammogram tech was very nice... read more

Wouldn't trust anyone else! – I have been going to Central Park Women's Imaging to get mammograms for years. The service is excellent. The staff is informative and kind. I know I am in good hands here.

Worst Place! – I just had spine MRI and worst experience ever with this place, specially the lady who run the MRI..I was unable to walk, NO help what soever, Earplug just felloff middle of the process and i had to listen the noise machine for 20 minutes. They just don't care if you are in pain, or walk, or ear plug is in place...Very disappointed..

Very pleased with my experience there – I wasn't sure what to expect at this place after reading these reviews, but after going there for a test, I do not understand all the negative comments. I needed an MRI on my spine, and the technician Walter acted exactly the way you want a technician to be during a procuedure that makes you tense. He was welcoming and nice, and asked whether I wanted to be told what was going on during the procedure, as he's found people have different tastes. I did want updates, and before every run ... read more

Every Woman over the age of 40 should have a Mammogram – I am a breast cancer survivor and I called for my yearly appointment and was given a same day appointment. I was worried that there would be a long wait and I would have to go some where else. As usual the facility was great and I recommend to everyone. Never forget - MAMMOGRAMS SAVE LIVES! Forget the stupid press - The American Cancer Society recommends that every Woman over the age of 40 have a yearly Mammogram

Great Care! – Went to get a study done there today in the snow storm. I was worried the office might be closed so I called before and I spoke a really friendly receptionist who told me I could come anytime. I was greeted by an even friendlier front office. The technician took me right away and was also very cordial. Next time a need a procedure I will return.

Excellent Service. Waiting is normal everywhere you go!!! – I accompanied my mom to this location on several occasions. As soon as we walk in, the receptionist greet us and ask us what type of exam we're there for. From there they ask for a "doctor's note" and insurance card. On one occasion we left the note behind and freaked out. The receptionist asked us to stay calm and offered to call the office for the note to be faxed. She assured us that everything was going to be taken care of and it was. The wait was a little longe... read more

Awesome care – After a doctors appointment for severe stomach pain and naussia I was sent by my doctor for a CT Scan. I was soo sick. My doctor told me to go the Private Radiology facility as they would take better and quicker care of me than a ER. They were so nice to me and and about 10 minutes after the exam they gave me my films and sent me via wheel chair to the emergency room. I was operated on for appendicitus later. I wish the people at the hospital were as efficient and nice as this private office.
