I have been a regular customer of LHR. Last year, I performed an OBGYN check up as part of my annual woman procedures at Lenox Hill Radiology/LHR on June 24, 2014, covering mammogram, breast ultrasound, pap smear and relevant laboratory procedures. Disgusting service! I started getting undressed and put in gown, the guy must have asked me 3 times after 1 minute if i was ready yet! They rushed me and said "No time to explain things, just lay down." I told them I have a few questions they said no. I left with no MRI done. Horrible experience!! Don't go there!

Columbus Circle Imaging – GREAT place. I've been in cancer treatment for 3 years and I have PET-CT scans there every 3 months. It's always quick, professional friendly and calm. The people at the desk are fabulous and you can't do better than James downstairs at the actual scan.

Had Xray and Mri done here – I had used their services twice and was really impressed how organized they all are. The center is clea, staff is very friendly and machines are state of the art.First time I needed an xray and just walked in with no appointment. The people working there were very helpful and professional. Second time they were running a little late at MRIs they told me how late and said I can go and drink a coffee and they kept me informed at all time.Also they are open very early and close very late to accomoda... read more

IMPORTATN - MUST READ, your life depends on it! – I'm 33, self insured and have a heavy family history of breast cancer. Being that I'm 33, my insurance company will not cover a mammogram despite my families history. My Dr. urged e to get one even if I had to pay cash. I found West Hollywood Mammography online and saw that they offered $110 mammogram. DO NOT USE THEM – I called and asked if they took my insurance, they said they did. I went in without an appointment, but the wait was too long so I left, but not before submitting all my insurance information and filling out forms and making an appointment. I came back for my appointment, they took x-rays. Ends up they did not acccept my insurance and now I have a bill for my xrays that would have been covered if I went to a radiologist that accepted my insurance. EXTREMELY proffesional and friendly. I was late about 20 mins and they were helpfull and friendly, they took care of me right away. The girls in the front desk were very nice and the technicians were comforting and made me feel safe even though I started freeking out. It was my first time getting an MRI. Unlike any other Radiology office – Short wait, polite staff and clean. Service with a smile. Can you imagine that? Pleasant experience each and every time I've been there. Won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

GREAT EXPERIENCE – I HAD AN MRI AT PARKWEST IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. FIRST, I WAS GREETED BY THE MRI TECH WITH A SMILE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING. SHE WAS PATIENT, BEING THAT I AM EXTREMELY CLAUSTRO. SHE HELD MY HAND AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL I WAS READY TO START. WHAT A PROFESSIONAL. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND I HOPEFULLY I WONT NEED ANOTHER MRI, BUT IF I DID I WILL BE GOING TO PARKWEST.
