Not sure who they are but will be meeting with my medical staff to make sure none of my work is sent to this bozo group. They must be struggling financially, on life support because when a business needs to send a 34$ bill to collection rather than to the patient first, they can't be that good. Poor service, probably substandard since I usually need to do the test again. Would have rated it less if possible
This review is solely based on billing. Do not do business with this company if you can help it. Instead of sending a bill to my home with what I owed after insurance they instead sent it straight to debt collectors. For 86$ ? You’ve got me be kidding me. Disgusting business practice. Again, I NEVER received a bill & I did find out that Texas Oncology is where I originally had my radiology conducted and uses this company.

Dr. Joshua Thatcher is a miracle worker. He fixed my tricky brain aneurysm. His staff is excellent. His personality and the way he treats his patients are nothing short of amazing. In a world where doctors don't always listen to your concerns, Dr T is a unicorn. He listens. He cares. And he's a total ROCKSTAR in the operating room. He literally saved my life, and I'll be eternally grateful.
