I have had several warranty related issues, all manufacturer related and not American Quality's fault. They have been timely in their response to these issues and have resolved them to my satisfaction. Anthony has been extremely helpful and considerate during these times. I have no complaints.
I had replacement windows throughout my entire house. The windows are measured and made specific to the house. They look great and I can tell a difference in the house already. There is no wind whistling through the windows. I don't have to keep a blanket nearby on windy evenings. The installers worked quickly and they cleaned up and removed all the old windows and all the debris. The office staff was very polite and helpful whenever I had a question. overpriced me on an energy radiant barrier material $6000 dollars and a solor fan both can be purchased on Amazon for $500 bucks
Make sure you have found the best price on the competed work to be preformed. You can buy the same material on Amazon Prime 1000 sq ft for $118.00 free shipping. I had to order more to fix there sloppy work. Once you sign the "contract" you have three days to cancel. If you find a better price on financing or anything else it's too late to stop them from getting their payment after that date. I found another company to do it for $ 500 bucks cheeper. I was told that I would not get the solar attic fan in that better price. Th... read more

We had him complete a credit application and then submitted it to our lender pool for approval. The financing was approved and the paperwork was drawn up for the customers approval and signature. We had the exterior siding added, to Some of the outside area, instead of all the outside visible to sunlight trim! I'm told it's because I was not the one the contract was made with, so my understanding .vs. my father's who is an 88 year old Navy Veteran with limited hearing and mobility! Terms like facia board, doesn't mean the it includes all the wood! A 3 bedroom home should not cost $8,000.00 and then only cover one side of a wall, because the other is brick wood, not facia board! She called into my office to complain about the quality of the job and we sent the installer back to correct the concerns that were brought to our attention.
