We apologize you feel this way but as per your request to "hurry up and get it done" the installer we had originally went to another job and we sent another installer to appease you at your request. This would not be an issue if you didn't have soffit material put on your home as siding and it wasn't in your window ***** in the first place. American Quality stands behind its workmanship and materials. We also try to meet all our customers requests.
Excellent workmanship and quality products. The workers were kind, professional, prompt, focused on the job at hand, and took pride in their efforts. The owner was trustworthy and intent on ensuring my satisfaction. No hesitations in recommending this company.
Great product and fantastic installation and service. Took a little longer than I expected, but all was due to the supply chain around the country.

Wonderful company! From timeliness of the first response for a quote, the price of the quote, to the efficiency of installing the windows, we couldn't ask for more!! The windows are beautiful and well built! We would use them again for other projects and recommend them to anyone wanting work done!
outstanding customer service, every individual I communicated with was very professional and freely and honestly answered all my questions in a timely manner. There was a mistake made with my order and immediately it was addressed.
Excellent installation. Better temperature in home. Our central heat is not coming on as much. Very satisfied with windows. I wish they were less expensive but that pretty much goes for everything.
The preparation process which included removing my old guttering and custom window went great. The new custom window was very smooth. Preparing the wood soffits for the new Super Polymer Vinyl soffit and trim was professionally done. The installation of the new soffit, trim vinyl and the new guttering went smooth. The work area and property was left in great shape after the work was completed. The contractors were friendly, helpful and considerate. I would not recommend American quality exteriors! I had 2 doors installed almost a year ago, had big problems w both doors. Had several installers out trying to tell me problem wasn’t too bad...but water gushing in under one door (after hard rain, but isn’t that what a good door is for, to stop the elements from coming inside your house?) The main door (French doors) do not close well,without slamming the door HARD, and even then there is space at the top of door(u can see the sunshine ..) had different installer out today ,... read more
