I would never use this company again. Crooked cuts and weird color spots on a patio that is less than a year old. We had heard good things about this company, they sounded great when we talked to them in the phone. When they told us they could squeeze us in last year we were pretty excited. They were to get rid of our old patio and put in a larger patio and sidewalk. Everything seemed good during demo of the old patio and they poured the new patio the same day. I decided to rate this project in different categories so if you are considering using this company for your concrete you would know which things we felt went really great and what we thought didn’t go very well. We had our project started in April for a 12x 58 ft poured stamped concrete patio in our backyard, and 2- 3 ft Strips of poured stamped concrete down either side of the driveway to extend the width of the driveway. I have tried for THREE weeks to get ahold of someone to get a quote back after they sent someone out. I have called several times each week, asked to be called back on their website, and left THREE voicemails. If they didn't want the job they should have simply said so. The professionalism the man who did come out showed was wonderful yet the common courtesy slacks significantly when it comes to getting back to someone.
