Terrible therapists, they overcharge, they charged me almost $400 for one session, and they sent my prescription to the wrong place which meant I had to drive two hours away to pick up my meds. The fact that I never saw any patients there besides myself should have been a warnkng

I’m very disappointed with this agency. I called on the 10th, got documents filled out, and still have no outcome. My previous doctor at Kaiser was excellent, he never gave me any runaround about filling out any paperwork that’s important for my needs so this has been a frustrating experience dealing with the staff at this agency especially the nurse. The staff here are often unprofessional and disrespectful they even told me I missed appointments that I clearly scheduled. I’m a professional myself, so I value good communica... read more
