Wouldn't fix a damn thing. We had water coming up under our carpet and he didn't care.
Bob is a nice guy but it takes him like 3 weeks to get back to you on things. Other than that he is a nice guy.
Too bad there's not an option for 0 stars cause that's the real rating. Bob Kirk, I can say is easily one of the worse property managers in Utah. He's getting too old for this job. 90% sure he has early Alzheimer's. Very forgetful and lazy. Wants to take your money and you just shut your mouth til the contract ends. This man is gonna end up in legal trouble in the future with the way he runs his business if he isn't wound up in some already. We were renting a property that APM was managing from May 2012- May 2013. The land Lord Bob Kirk was generally quick to act when we called him on his cell phone about any concerns we had. Unless you called the office then no one would generally answer. He was in the office probably 1/5 times you tried to see him in person.
