I was very hesitant to rent from APM due to the many negative reviews that they have received. That in mind, I met with Nicole, the new property manager at Cambridge Square in Sellwood/Brooklyn. The only reason, at this point, that my review isn't 5 stars is because of a slight miscalculation with my paperwork which cost me an extra $90 in screening fees. Got me in within a week of finding the place. Place is older but clean and a great price. Onsite manager acknowledges all my requests.
After providing extensive information to one of their managers AND signing a rental agreement, I was denied for not providing the information I had already given AND was refused an appeal by Mark Miller even after going and obtaining the needed references. They wasted my time and money and seemingly couldn't find the time to so much as return an email.
