Too funny: over the past 15years, this company NEVER has exceeded 1.5 stars on the Yelp 1 thru 5 rating scale (which would be a D-minus or an F-plus in grade school), yet now they appear to have drooped back down to a plain old F in local opinion. Keep trying guys...you just may hit ZERO someday!
DO NOT give them your application fee unless you’re willing to call your references once every 3 days to walk them through going through their spams. They WILL NOT call references, they automate everything they can, a waste of time and money.
mold in the apartments and destroyed thousand of dollars of damage be careful when renting with them and they don’t care
Leticia was my manager. Whew not a very nice woman.
The ownership and management team are extremely unprofessional. They never fixed a number of items. This was a very bad experience for me.
