Helpful and speedy service
A few weeks ago while I was in the hospital. My wife contacted them about getting a estimate on one room of our home. When I went to the hospital I left a couple pieces of jewelry laying on the table by the bed. It stayed there for a couple weeks, no one ever goes in there besides us. This store has lost all its customer service that pic of me holding up mash potatoes was made after they had my wife go back and pick up the original order that was made. Carcker barrel has gone so far downhill they have lost my business after 10 years not good luck good bye
The guys their are super knowledgeable and quick to help out w good advice for products that are new or on sale. The only wood floor supplier in the area so I have no choice but to purchase certain things here but they do it right!!
