Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. Save your money. Avoid like the plague. Tracy has no business representing any company or working in customer service. I wouldn’t trust her to deliver phone books. My husband and I scheduled a home inspection (which we had to cancel because our realtor was delayed at another inspection and could not unlock the property).
